Top Songs 2013 Edition – #300 to #251

I have a lot of things I need to get done by the end of the year, but all those things suck, so I did this instead.  As with prior versions of this list, my methodology is based on my sense of time-weighted appreciation/obsession and is, as a result, both indefensible and unimpeachable.  That’s a pretty neat combo if you think about it.  I’m going in reverse order by fifty-song blocks, giving my dozen-or-so readers time to truly appreciate my work.  I bet there’s something inexplicable and/or offensive for everyone!
